The study program run at this center gives the students an exposure into IP Addressing Sub-netting & Super-netting, Configuration of Switches & Routers, Configuration of Static Routing, Configuration of Dynamic Routing Protocols (RIP, OSPF, EIGRP), Inter-Routing Protocols Communication, Configuration of VLAN, Inter VLAN communications, Configuration of ACL, Extended ACL etc. and Security attacks and their preventative measures.
The course is extremely useful for students to gain practical hands-on experience into Packet Tracer Simulator and also get continuous evaluation of whatever they have learnt by online Examination. A total of 180 hours of teaching is done in the course and total number of seats is 40. Diploma holder (CSE/IT/ECE), B.TECH (CSE/IT/ECE)/ BCA, MCA (on-going) students can apply for the course.
