QS I-GAUGE Recognizes Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be) University, Mullana with a Prestigious Platinum Rating

QS I-GAUGE, a leading independent rating system for Indian universities and colleges, has conferred the overall Platinum Rating, upon Maharishi Markandeshwar (Deemed to be) University, Mullana. This esteemed recognition underscores MM(DU)’s commitment to excellence across various dimensions of higher education.

The QS I∙GAUGE rating system evaluates institutions based on seven primary indicators and five secondary indicators, providing a holistic overview of their performance in areas such as Teaching and Learning, Employability, Social Responsibility, Research, and Innovation. MM(DU) has excelled across these parameters, earning the prestigious Platinum Rating for its outstanding contributions to higher education.

Notably, MM(DU) achieved Platinum Ratings in key individual categories, including Employability, Social Responsibility, and Governance and Structure. This remarkable accomplishment signifies the university’s dedication to producing well-rounded graduates equipped with the skills and values needed to positively impact society.

The felicitation ceremony, attended by distinguished guests, highlighted the significance of this achievement. Among the dignitaries present were Dr. Ashwin Fernandes, Executive Director – AMESA (Africa, Middle East & South Asia), QS Quacquarelli Symonds, Dr. Ammar Abdulhamed, Cultural Counsellor, Embassy of Iraq, Ms. Penda Njie, Counsellor, Gambia High Commission, Sh. Tarsem Garg, Chancellor, MM(DU), Dr. Vishal Garg, Treasurer, MM Trust, Mr. Cyril Benz, Associate Director, QS I-Gauge and Dr. Harish K Sharma, Vice Chancellor, MM(DU).

Sh. Tarsem Garg expressed his happiness over the marvelous achievement of the MM(DU) and congratulated all the faculty, staff, students along with the alumni.
