Success Story of Raghav Gupta That Motivate

I am Raghav Gupta, pursuing B.A.LL.B from Maharishi Markandeshwar (deemed to be) University and I am in the 4^th Semester of the course. I feel honoured to be associated with MMDU and its faculty who seem like a family to me now. The profession I am associated with is very appealing to me and I gladly share with all that I will be the 4^thgen lawyer in my family.

The stream of law and legal activities always interested me. I was fascinated by the aura of lawyers and so grew up nurturing the dream to be in this profession only. I was also determined to be a part of India’s leading Law College or university because the foundation of a strong career is always laid through good education. In terms of the infrastructure, I wanted to be a part of college or university which marks an unforgettable impression with its state-of-the-art campus and best faculties. My criteria for choosing MMDU was the lush green gardens, a huge well equipped campus with maximum facilities, the opportunity it provides us to grow not just academically but as a whole, all the faculty members always pushes us to our extreme limits and gets the best out of us. The whole environment around the campus is extremely impeccable.

Our faculty members are extremely accomplished and adept. Under their guidance, I have been able to win the award for best Mooter in the Moot Court Competition and third prize in National Level Paper Presentation Competition where with the help of MMDU faculty, I was able to present a research paper on the ‘Right to Life of an Unborn Child’ winning appreciation from all.

Before joining MMDU, I was a very shy and introverted person. I used to be a book worm and wasn’t working on the overall growth of myself. Due to the immense positive exposure I attained here in the campus while interacting with the youth from various parts of the country and even abroad, I was able to sharpen my skills of public speaking and stage presence which allowed me to win various awards and rewards in the past 2 years.

MMDU is one of those institutions that allow their students to be active and upbeat not just for academics but for extracurricular activities as well. My transformation has been nothing but bright since the time I joined MMDU in 2017. Since then, I have become more confident in public speaking. I have capitalized on many opportunities to hone my skills and show my potential because of MMDU. All thanks to the never ending intra-university competitions ranging from debates to Moot Court Competitions, from Model United Nations to Model Parliamentary Sessions. It is not just about literary or legal events, MMDU is also about hidden talents like singing, dancing, beat boxing etc.

I am truly thankful to the whole staff, faculty and the authorities related to this temple of education for doing an amazing job to push us on the roads of success.
