Education required to pursue career as a baker

Even though there are no formal or academic requirements to be a baker, but most of the baking enthusiasts attend a methodological or culinary school. These courses normally last for 1 to 2 years covering nutrition and food safety. To join these courses, candidates are required to have a degree of high school or equivalent. There are many short term courses available as well which help you sharpen your baking skills.
